REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY FOR PARAMPARA SAREE

At Parampara Saree, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our Sarees, Kurtis, and Suits. To maintain the highest standards and transparency, we operate under a strict Refund and Cancellation Policy.


NO RETURN & NO REFUND POLICY

Parampara Saree follows a strict "No Return and No Refund" policy. Once a product is purchased and the order is processed, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for any reason, including change of mind, personal preference, or minor color variations.


DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

In the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will review the case for a potential exchange or resolution. To be eligible for any consideration, you must meet the following mandatory requirement:


MANDATORY UNBOXING VIDEO: You must record a clear, continuous, and unedited full unboxing video starting from the moment the package is sealed until the product is fully inspected.


THE VIDEO MUST SHOW: The shipping label, the sealed condition of the package, and the specific defect or issue discovered.


SUBMISSION: Send this video to our official email at paramparasaree63@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.


Failure to provide a complete unboxing video will result in the immediate rejection of your claim. We do not accept photos as a substitute for the unboxing video.


CANCELLATION POLICY


Before Dispatch: You may request a cancellation only if your order has not yet been dispatched from our facility in Kotal Pokhar, Jharkhand.


After Dispatch: Once an order is handed over to our shipping partners, no cancellations will be accepted.


Discretion: Parampara Saree reserves the right to cancel any order due to unavailability of stock or pricing errors, in which case a full refund will be initiated to the original payment method.


EXCHANGE PROCESS

If your claim regarding a damaged or wrong product is approved based on your unboxing video, we will provide an exchange for the same item (subject to availability). If the item is out of stock, we may offer an alternative of equal value or store credit.
