Thank you for choosing Parampara Saree. We are committed to delivering your favorite Sarees, Kurtis, and Suits as quickly and safely as possible. This Shipping Policy outlines our delivery procedures and timelines.
DISPATCH LOCATION
All orders are processed and shipped directly from our primary facility located at:
Area- Kotal Pokhar, City- Sahibganj, Jharkhand, 816105, India.
PROCESSING TIME
We strive to process and dispatch all orders within 24 to 48 hours of order confirmation (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays).
For hand-woven or specialty sarees that require final quality checks, dispatch may take up to 3 business days.
SHIPPING CHARGES
Free Shipping: We offer free delivery across India on all orders valued at ₹1,999 and above.
Standard Shipping: For orders below ₹1,999, a flat shipping fee will be applied at checkout.
DELIVERY TIMELINES
While we aim for prompt delivery, the actual time taken depends on your location:
Within Jharkhand: 2–4 business days.
Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, etc.): 3–5 business days.
Rest of India: 5–7 business days.
Please note that these are estimated timelines provided by our shipping partners and may be subject to delays due to weather, regional restrictions, or festive seasons.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via your registered email (paramparasaree63@gmail.com) or SMS to the phone number provided (+91 9288551046). You can use this ID to monitor the real-time status of your shipment on the courier partner's website.
DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
Our courier partners will typically attempt delivery up to three times. If the package remains undelivered due to an incorrect address, phone number, or unavailability of the recipient, it will be returned to our facility in Sahibganj. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges for re-delivery.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address including the Pin Code. Parampara Saree is not liable for deliveries to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
